Uploading Documents
We collect documents in stages, aligned with where you are in the deal. We do not ask for everything upfront, and we do not slow deals down with unnecessary requests.
Early on, we focus on understanding the borrower—experience, liquidity, and strategy. Once a property is identified and under contract, we shift to property-specific items. Final documents are only requested once the deal is moving toward funding.
Every request is intentional. You’ll know exactly what is needed, why it’s needed, and when it’s needed. Documents are uploaded through a secure system and reviewed as they come in, not all at once at the end.
The goal is simple: keep the process organized, predictable, and moving forward—without last-minute surprises.
