What We Look For
Before we evaluate a property, we start by understanding the borrower. In this video, we explain what we look for during pre-approval and why those factors matter.
We focus on three core areas: your experience level, your liquidity and reserves, and your overall investment strategy. This helps us structure loans appropriately, avoid unnecessary friction later, and ensure deals move efficiently once you’re under contract.
Pre-approval is not a commitment to fund a specific property. It’s a way to clarify expectations, define borrowing capacity, and make sure you’re positioned to move quickly when the right opportunity comes along.
