Estimating Repairs

Estimating repairs is one of the most common ways real estate investors lose money. In this video, we explain how we help investors pressure-test rehab costs without guessing or relying on generic numbers.

We don’t estimate repairs ourselves, and we don’t profit from the process. Instead, we connect investors with vetted local contractors who walk the property, inspect it, and provide realistic repair estimates. The cost is comparable to a standard property inspection, and in many cases, that fee is credited if the contractor is hired for the rehab.

This approach gives investors experienced eyes on-site and clearer visibility into risk before moving forward. It’s not about perfect numbers—it’s about making better decisions before committing capital.
